Refund & Returns Policy 

I do hope that you are satisfied with your Pure Soy Meltables purchase, however, you do have 14 days to return an item from the date that you received it.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused  and in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so that I can arrange a replacement. Photographic evidence of the damage may be required.
