Meet the Maker
Hello and welcome to Pure Soy Meltables.
Based in the village of Radyr, South Wales, my home fragrance collection is lovingly handcrafted by me, Emma.
I design, pour, label and package each and every candle, wax melt and reed diffuser.
The idea of candle making started for me in 2018 as a fun hobby to make something unique for my family home.
After purchasing a few jugs, a thermometer and all the other supplies I needed to make my first 'good' candle I was hooked. Once perfected, I branched out and began selling my products at a local artisan market.
Fast forward and I have since moved candle making out of my home kitchen into my own little workshop - where all the magic happens! I am proud to say that my products are now sent all over the country.
You will find me most weekends, at various events across South Wales and beyond. I love meeting old and new customers alike and am very grateful for the love they have shown my home fragrance collection.
Of course I couldn't do it all without the love and support of my wonderful family, who have at times, been involved in everything from, attending events, delivering parcels, making display stands, stamping bags to website design and product photography .
At Pure Soy Meltables I expect excellence in my products. Why Soy?
Soy wax has a clean burn and is toxin-free, allowing me to make candles which are healthier for you, your pets and our environment. With a lower melting point than traditional paraffin candles, my candles also burn for longer.
All of my home fragrance products are highly fragranced and made with only the finest, carefully selected, UK sourced ingredients (which are cruelty-free and vegan friendly):
- Lead-free cotton wicks
- Premium grade fragrance oils
- Sustainable soy wax
- Eco-friendly diffuser base
With a passion for sustainability my products all come in recyclable, reusable or biodegradable packaging.
